Commercial Component #5 - CGL & Commercial Property Endorsements

This course is geared towards those people who have a good understanding of the CGL and Commercial Property policies and now want to get a little more indepth view of the endorsements.

This course is part of a certificate program called the Ten Components to Commercial Competence. Each course can certainly be taken as a standalone class, but if you are interested in seeing the full series, the courses involved and earning the certification, that information can be found HERE.

You understand the CGL and CP policies, so now let's look at endorsements that can enhance or remove coverage!

  • Amending the host liquor liability endorsement and what this could mean to your insured
  • The dangerous exclusionary endorsements that could drastically modify the CGL

On the CP side, we’ll focus on:

  • How to enhance the policy with the value reporting form, ordinance or law coverage, functional replacement cost and spoilage coverage endorsements
  • Final tips on additional coverages and endorsements to the CP policy.
