If an agent cancels a customer’s license plate in error, they should complete and email a Plate Cancellation Error Correction form to the RMV to fix the problem. It is important that you DO NOT FAX these forms to the RMV Business Support office. This department is working remotely due to COVID-19, so no one is there to receive faxes.
