One of my insured has a handicap placard
At present he owns a car, but he is going to turn in his drivers license and turn his car over to his wife
The family can still use the handicap placard in any car that this handicapped insured is a passenger correct ?
Please review and advise
Kathy Cormier: Yes, the placard is actually better than the plate because as long as the holder of the placard is in the vehicle the driver can park in a HP spot...no car is needed with a placard.
