Each year 23 scholarships are awarded to applicants pursing their CIC or CISR designation.
10 Scholarships will be awarded to first time attendees. 10 Scholarships will be awarded to individuals who are currently pursuing their designation. 3 Scholarships will be awarded to individuals who are designees.
Each year The National Alliance awards the Outstanding CSR of the Year to a deserving set of qualified CSRs. Nominees first compete on a state level. State winners will automatically be entered into the national competition. Finalists and the National Award winner are granted a cash prize.

Open to actively employed, full time individuals in the insurance industry for the last two years who work/live within Barnstable, Bristol, Plymouth or Norfolk counties.

Offered to insurance professionals who are pursuing their CIC and CISR designations.
Scholarships are awarded to cover the cost of one CIC/CISR Course.

Two - $2,000 college scholarships are available to graduating high school seniors who have a relative (Parent/Step-Parent, Grandparent, Aunt or Uncle) who are employed at an Independent Insurance Agency in Massachusetts. Preference is given to agencies who are members of the Massachusetts Association of Insurance Agents (MAIA).
The Workforce Training Fund is a state fund that provides financial resources to Massachusetts businesses to train current and newly hired employees. A number of MAIA classes are approved for the Workforce Training Fund Express Program.

More About The Workforce Training Fund:
Available for businesses with 100 or fewer employees.
Grant funds are limited to $30,000 per company per calendar year and to $3,000 per employee per course.
Approved businesses will be reimbursed for up to 50% of the actual cost of training.
This fund was enacted into law in July 1998 and financed entirely by Massachusetts employers.
