This course is intended for experienced personal lines insurance professionals. This one-day Seminar will combine two distinct topics to enhance the professionalism and sales excellence of today’s personal lines customer service agent. "E & O and the Customer Service Representative” will discuss a CSR’s legal responsibility to apply effective loss prevention techniques that will benefit personal lines insurance consumers. In addition, there will be a review of effective personal lines E & O damage prevention and control.

This course also can be used to update the Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) Designation. You can certainly take this course without having the designation however if you are interested in the CPIA designation, that information can be found HERE.

  • the current causes of errors and omissions in agencies today,
  • the CSR’s responsibility to the insurance company,

  • the importance of internal agency controls.

Introduction to the importance of consistently completing an exposure identification questionnaire for improved customer service and E & O loss prevention, review and discussion of recommended personal lines checklist items.
