  • Available to all IIABA members and employees actively at work for 30 hours a week or more
  • Up to $500 in weekly benefits
  • No pre-existing conditions imposed
  • Maternity coverage
  • Choose between Benefit Durations of 13 weeks or 26 weeks
  • Guaranteed Issue (with specific requirements being met)

 

Long Term Disability - Guardian Life Insurance Company of America - IIABA

  • Available to all IIABA members and employees actively at work for 30 hours a week or more
  • Up to $10,000 in monthly benefits
  • Waiver of premium available
  • Residual disability benefits
  • 2 levels of plans available: 60% of earnings and 66 2/3% of earnings
  • Guaranteed Issue (specific requirements must be met)
