Dedicated Wednesday appointment hours for customers 75 years of age or older have been extended through March. These appointments will be available to all customers 75 years of age or older.Beginning in February, senior hours will also be expanded to include ALL available service center transactions. They are currently limited to only license/ID transactions.
Below is the complete list of RMV service centers that offer these Wednesday appointments (hours vary by location; most are morning hours).
The reservation type on the “Make/Cancel a Reservation” online option is “Senior Transaction”. Reservations can be booked two weeks in advance.
For license renewals, letters are being sent to seniors whose credentials expire in February and March. These letters include instructions on how to schedule appointments, including a dedicated email address and phone number to contact the RMV for assistance, and how to start the transaction online.
For all other transaction types, please inform customers that we have expanded the senior hours to include registration/title related transactions.
Elder services groups will also be notified of this change.
